New Dublin Port Infrastructure Levy Setting Added To MoveIT

From 1 March 2026, Dublin Port Company (DPC) will introduce a new Infrastructure Levy, adding €15 per freight unit for all loads travelling in both directions through Dublin Port. This charge will be invoiced by the port to ferry operators, who will then pass it on in full to Irish hauliers and their customers.

The levy is intended to help fund ongoing infrastructure investments driven by increased construction costs, capacity pressures, and long‑term capital expansion.
