Send Jobs to Driver’s Phones
- Dispatch Jobs: Send jobs to the phones for the driver to complete, movements can also be sent
- Update Jobs: Update the jobs that the drivers have by changing details in the MoveIT system.
- Automatic Sending: The jobs will be sent automatically as they are assigned, or sent manually at the click of a button if preferred
- Job Status: Track the status of the jobs from when they’re sent, through to when they’re completed.
- ePODs: Job details can be sent back to the office from APP including electronic proof of delivery (ePODs), Signatures, Date & Time and location.

- View Jobs: See jobs assigned each day, easily tell which have been completed, viewed or unopened.
- POD Image: Take a picture of the POD to be sent back to the office
- Signature: Get a signature signed on the phone to be sent to the office.
- Notify Of Issues: Record events of issues that take place, delivery refused/items damaged etc.
- Push Notifications: The Phone will receive notifications of jobs assigned even when not currently open.
- Update Load: Update load details that will be sent back to the office.
Complete Daily Walkaround Check
Complete checklists on mobile phones or tablets
- Daily Check: Complete the daily walkaround check on the phone
- Signature: Record the signature.
- Select Equipment: Select the equipment the checklist is for, notifies office of any defects.
- Record Odometer: Record the odometer.
- Pictures: Take pictures of any defects if required.
- Notes: Set up different checklist for different equipment
- Multiple Languages: Complete the checklist in a preferred language.

Back Office
- View Checklists – Easily see any checklists that have been completed on the phones.
- Automatic Defect Export – Automatically export any defects found to the MaintainIT software.

- Manage Users – Easily add or remove users.

- Edit Checklists: Edit existing checklist to add or remove questions.
- New Checklists: Set up new checklists to serve a variety of requirements, Washes / Incident Reports / Equipment Specific etc.
- Custom Questions: Create questions to suit requirements.
- Update MoveIT: Create checklists that can be used to update job details in MoveIT, or send PODs or signatures back to the office.
- Save Images: Set up checklists which will have the Images save to easily retrievable locations in the office.
